While pickaxes are two handed weapons and two handed weapons reach up to 7k damage, it carries over this damage into baton which is one handed weapon, although this is only limited to baton version of one handed melee weapon, there are plenty of other weapons you'll want to use in Dying Light. This is done by using Volatile Hunter Baton blueprint to craft pickaxe into baton. Best trait of Volatile Hunter DLC is ability to craft an one handed weapon with up to 7k damage while normally highest possible damage on one handed weapons is 5k. Gun Psycho isn't really worth it for end game, despite having excellent red rifle skin with added accuracy and red dot sight, rifles are heavily underpowered in end game but it can be still fun. Volatile Hunter and Gun Psycho DLCs require you already have weapons to use its blueprints. Korek is only good in the beginning unless it's Korek v2 which can still be useful later, though personally I'm not fan of crafting Korek v2 and never really used it a lot, eventually you find better weapons than Korek v2 and it can't be used in Nightmare mode.ĮXPcalibur is great and still useful even at higher difficulties and higher story % with its charged attacks, it kills zombies by environmental damage from launching and ragdolling them rather than from its base damage. The Bozak Horde guide and Gold-tier weapon wiki page are by me, hope it helps.Īh, I see, thanks for pointing this out GamerMom.
